I have used this service regularly over the last 5 years.  The staff are very pleasant, price is reasonable and my clothes have always been cleaned well.  A stain was recently removed from a suit jacket with no fuss for which I was very grateful.  Highly recommend.

Easy pay feature with a centralised pay system that even lets you select multiple machines to pay for at once. There's also coin slots at each machine if you want to pay the old school way. Very clean facility. Big dryers too. Little cafe next door to chill while you wait.

Tell me why would someone need to wait over an hour for eight occupied machines being USED by a bunch of cleaners being paid obviously to clean air bnbs?? Five filled with white bedding and three washes filled with cleaning cloths???? Seriously? Have some consideration for the ones who only have one small wash? I watched as parked outside to observe. They were there all day washing constantly carting dirty white laundry in and out of cars to be washed and hogging the machines! Reported. They better not be here next Friday!

Amazing set up with 9 washing machines with three differently sizes priced accordingly, and 10 dryers. Easy to use self serve kiosk which you can use a card to tap and go, and washing detergent included.
We chose to come after 830pm at night and it was mostly empty. Felt very safe with security cameras, bright lighting and lots of people are the chicken place next door.
Unfortunately it was very hard to find parking nearby for anyone who needs to drive to use this facility, so keep that in mind.

I had a small issue when doing my laundry, after contacting the owner/s, they were great, easy to convers with. What really shone was the morals, value's and ethics, it's  not often that you come across a small business that offers such honourable ways,  and, above & beyond towards their customers. My highest regards to the owners. I wish them the most success in their little business. 😊

Super dirty throw rug that l need a larger washing machine for. Didnt even realise a laundry mat had opened in Gungahlin.
There is parking out the front but it was full while l was here.
The Laundromat was clean, well lit ( l came in after work at 11pm) and super easy to pick the size machine and pay. I paid for the washing using the pay kiosk, super easy and convenient. And for the dryer l used coins.
Prices are decent for the largest washing machine it was $16, and the dryer in a dollar every couple of minutes.
Would definately use again, well priced, clean, easy and  convenient.

Very rude owner, got directed through the couriers to pick up my items which apparently was ready for pick up at this location and store. The customer service my husband and I had received was horrible and nasty. An angry old and nasty old grumpy person response was disgusting just like his customer service. Told my husband and I not to call again to check for our parcel. Even though we had emails and phone calls with the delivery company which instructed us that our items have been delivered and ready for pick up. Yes even though the courier company had assured us that our items are at this business, they may have been wrong who knows. But the customer service we had received was unacceptable nor should it be tolerated.

I honestly would not support this business even if it was the last business in the world. Please keep reporting this business if you had an awful experience, business like this definitely don’t deserve customers.

I’ll be warning people about my experience through social media and any other platforms.

Had a terrible experience returning an Amazon item at this business. The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of scanning my item like any normal return process, he just kept typing in the barcode number and acted like I was a burden. No greeting, no courtesy, just plain hostility.

It was clear there was zero customer service. If this is how they treat courier customers, I can only imagine how dry cleaning customers are treated. Definitely seems like this kind of attitude is part of their business culture. I will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Very, very disappointing experience

Twice now I've been directed to pick up my parcel at this hubbed location.
Both times they weren't able to find my item. After 15+ minutes of the clerk sighing and saying "I don't know", I asked to look behind the counter myself.

I immediately found my parcel on both occasions.

The first time this happened I wrote it off, but now I'm starting to wonder.

I can't help but feel they were just waiting for me to leave after already taking my details and pin code, so they could check off the package as "delivered" and keep it themselves.

The owner is very rude and racist. Everytime I go for Hubbed service, he behaves very nicely with Aussies next to me but when it comes to Asian me  he is very rude, no greeting and dictates very instruction, which could be done nicely. There is one girl works at shop, she is very humble and nice but this owner is spoils my mood each time I visit. Well said that, I will never go back to his service😡😡😡🤬.
